As your ZYIA rep, I’m here to help you find the perfect fit - and ZYIA Active has a 45-day money back guarantee! Your items must be unworn and in the original packaging. Items that appear altered, damaged or marked up in any way do not qualify for return. ZYIA waives the $2 restocking fee if the item is exchanged for something else {different size or different item!}.
WHAT IS THE BLUE MOON GUARANTEE?
ZYIA Active’s Blue Moon Guarantee is our 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your clothing hasn’t performed to our high standards, we want to know about it and make it right. If a piece arrives with a defect or develops one {outside of normal wear}, our Blue Moon Guarantee will cover you for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. As your ZYIA rep I will help you submit a claim, we’ll just need a few photos of your item!

ZYIA Active operates like a boutique with new items launching every Wednesday! We strive to keep many of our staple items in stock, but we also love keeping our inventory fresh & seasonal!
